I am a Junior Researcher at the Institute of Human Sciences (ISH) and a Senior Technician of Social Affairs by training above all. I had the chance to work in the "traditional gold panning" programme and then the "culture as a resource for national reconciliation" programme. With these two programmes I understood that research is not a simple job or a uniform one, but it requires training, patience, different types of skills and courage.
I have been impressed by some senior researchers who retired in 2018 - Dr Tiéman Diarra Medical Anthropologist, Dr Felix Kone also Anthropologist and Dr Moussa Sow.
When I was posted at the Department of Linguistics and Oral Literature at ISH, I became interested in photography.
Currently, I’m associated with the HaB project in Mali- Indigo and biodiversity in Mali: between uses and ecology crisis.
